Meditation, Yoga & Breathing


I have been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 1971, having also become a qualified TM Teacher in 1976. However, I also learned a few other meditation  techniques for the express purpose of comparison, and knowledge. It is my opinion that meditation is the single most powerful means of expanding conscious awareness and raising consciousness than any other technique I know of. I provide a variety of different techniques in this book. There are many different forms of meditation and yoga, which I endeavour to explain in this book, all of which can have a most beneficial effect on those who practise such, regularly. I have also been practising pranayama (breathing techniques) for as long as I have been meditating, and I present a variety of different techniques and approaches.
